About Premier Scaffold Solutions
Overview: Premier Scaffold Solutions (PSS) is an American manufacturer of mast climbing work platforms, founded in 2009 by its sister company TNT Equipment Co. of Columbus, Ohio. Premier's flagship product is the ProSeries mast climber, a made-in-USA platform designed for masonry, block, and stone work, sold through a network of dealers and rented through TNT.
Premier grew out of decades of hands-on rental experience at TNT Equipment, which saw how contractors used mast climbers in the field and where existing designs fell short. The company refined an existing mast climber design based on customer feedback and testing, then moved production to the United States, launching the Made in USA ProSeries at the World of Concrete show.
The ProSeries is built for heavy masonry loads, with modular bridging that adapts to difficult building configurations and tight sites such as college campuses. Updates over time added hot-dip galvanized frames inside and out and aluminum diamond plate top sheets for durability, along with a lighter base that can be moved around the job site with a forklift. Through Scaffold Exchange, you can find Premier mast climbers and the providers who sell, rent, and service them.

OSHA Compliance & Safety Standards
OSHA does not have a standard written specifically for mast climbing work platforms, so on U.S. construction sites they are generally held to OSHA's scaffold requirements in 29 CFR 1926.451, along with the manufacturer's instructions. The consensus standard ANSI/SAIA A92.9 covers mast climber design, installation, use, and training in more detail.
- Installed per the manufacturer's instructions and engineering
- Mast ties and anchors installed at the specified spacing
- Rated load posted and never exceeded
- Guardrails on all open sides of the platform
- Installers and operators trained on the equipment
- Inspected by a competent person before each shift
